En Yacuiba bloquean la carretera que conecta a Bolivia con Argentina
Pobladores de Yacuiba cumplen este martes su segundo día de bloqueo, exigiendo al gobernador regional recursos para obras de educación salud y otras.
Wilson Ribera, un padre de familia que estaba este martes en la protesta, señaló que existen mucha necesidad para que los recursos sean transferidos en favor de salud, educación y desarrollo productivo.
«El señor Abrego está vulnerando nuestros derechos al haber sacado documentación que dice que ya no tenemos el 45%, donde es falso, esa ley 3038, sigue activa», dijo Ribera.
El ejecutivo regional del Chaco, José Luis Ábrego, señaló el lunes que ya no se pueden realizar las transferencias de los recursos provenientes de las leyes 3038 y 3861 por concepto de las regalías hidrocarburíferas para educación, salud y desarrollo productivo, según el reporte de la televisora privada.
«Las competencias del alcalde ya no podemos asumir con la Autonomía Regional, ya no hay plata como antes, (…), las leyes 3038 y 3861 fueron hechas para épocas de bonanza», dijo.
