En Cochabamba, virtualmente se encuentra concluida la construcción del Edificio Municipal una de las obras mas moderna de la Llajta, proyecto ejecutado gracias al impulso e iniciativa del alcalde Manfred Reyes Villa.
La construcción del nuevo edificio municipal tiene un avance del 96% y su entrega está prevista para fines del mes de enero del 2025.
La obra permitirá ahorrar más de 2 millones de bolivianos al año por concepto de alquiler, así lo informó el alcalde Manfred Reyes Villa.
“La obra unirá todas las dependencias municipales para brindar una mejor atención a la población y así lograr el desarrollo de nuestra ciudad (…) estamos logrando recursos a través del Fondo Nacional de Desarrollo Regional para que el cableado sea con fibra óptica, el mobiliario lo haremos en el transcurso de estos días para que se tenga todas las condiciones” explicó la primera autoridad municipal.
El burgomaestre informó que el edificio está construido en una superficie de aproximadamente 30 mil m2 y representa una inversión de más de 126 millones de bolivianos.
La edificación será sismorresistente, ecosustentable, moderna, además de ser funcional y adecuada para brindar atención a la población en general. La misma, contempla 17 niveles, planta baja y dos niveles de parqueo. “La Alcaldía de Cochabamba necesitaba urgente un edificio con estas características para brindar atención de calidad” finalizó Reyes Villa.
